Fellow ObsPy users and developers,
Not too long ago (about S-Files) I asked something similar, and I thank you for all valuable input. I've been trying to look for available packages/applications to read ISF/IMS1.0 catalogs/bulletins. In particular if there is one with the ability to import catalogs/bulletins, in that format, and convert them to another format readable by ObsPy (such as QuakeML), that would be optimal for my needs.
Anyone knows of such devices, or must I write something of my own, which might be incorporated into ObsPy later on?
All suggestions will be gladly accepted.
