Converting PZ file to RESP format

Hi,
Is there any way I can convert pole zero file to RESP format files?

We don’t support writing old legacy RESP file format, so I don’t think so with obspy

EarthScope (formerly IRIS) has a converter tool from StationXML to dataless SEED that might help, then there is the obspy command line script obspy-dataless2resp if you have dataless SEED

actually I have pz files only. It seems like we can make station XML file from pz files. Thank you
