Client to get waveform data from USGS/NEIC

All,

I wrote a client to access time series data at the USGS NEIC QueryServer port. This is similar to what can be done using WebServices to the IRIS/DMC.

I would like to contribute the code to the project, if someone would let me know how best to do this.

Dave that is excellent. Unfortunately, I am not much help on contributing
code. I will however be a happy tester of the code.

we are very interested in your code - the best way to share your code
would be using GitHub (http://www.github.org) - just create an account
there and upload your code - after that open up a ticket at
Issues · obspy/obspy · GitHub pointing to your code.

If you don't feel comfortable with git/GitHub feel free to just
forward your code per mail to devs@obspy.org and we will have a look.
