Change reference system from NEV to RTV?

Hi Obspy'ies,

I've a question concerning the rotation of data channels. How is it
possible to change from North, East, Vertical to the Radial, Transverse,
Vertical reference system? If it is not implemented, how could I
retrieve the Backazimuth to rotate the channels manually?

checkout obspy.signal.rotate.rotate_NE_RT and obspy.signal.rotate.gps2DistAzimuth
