Dear ObsPy Users,
Tonight we released ObsPy 1.5.0 
This release includes a lot of work: 649 commits, 425 files modified, thousands of new lines of code, tests, examples, etc… from at least 18 contributors from around the globe!

to 3.14 
, which is exceptional thanks to a lot of work of our contributors 
! 
Please note that the next major version will drop support for 3.8, 3.9 and 3.10. We will soon communicate about a long term vision on the dependencies support.
