Reading a Seisan Waveform File

Hi Tobias,

I attached the Obspy Test Results. You were write. There were multiple errors. What would you recommend to fix this issue? Uninstall and reinstall the Obspy package?

Hi Greg,

I don't use Windows and can't really comment on installation there.
Maybe somebody else can help..
(Some more information might help too.. How did you install? Using the
Windows installer?)
